School is back in session and things are a little quiet around here. We miss having Caleb around to add some excitement to things but Dad and I are really grateful that he is able to go to BYU with Sara. It will be a wonderful experience!
I haven't heard a lot from Sara but we hope this will be a great year for her also. It was fun to have her home for two weeks before the fall semester started.
McKayla made the volleyball team! She comes home each day after practice exhausted but "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger".
It is just Marissa and I after school now. She gets a little bored with me and my piano lessons so she goes to visit Annie and her friends after school. It has been such a blessing to have Krista and Riley and their children living so close, in multiple ways. Our goal is to live closer to all of our children--if they don't get too spread out.
Dad is taking a week vacation starting Friday, Sept. 5th. He will go back to work on Sept. 15--in his new store on Culebra--just 10 minutes from our house.
